A trial lesson is the perfect way to get started with GG Lingo. It gives you the opportunity to experience our conversational English classes at a special discounted price, with no long-term commitment. During the trial, you'll meet our friendly and experienced teachers, interact with other learners, and get a real feel for our group class environment. You'll also learn more about how our program is structured and how it can help you improve your English in a natural, supportive, and engaging way. It's a low-pressure introduction designed to help you feel confident and excited about your language-learning journey
Cancellation Policy
GG Lingo – Online English Lessons Terms & Conditions By booking a lesson with GG Lingo, students agree to the following terms. These policies help ensure smooth, respectful, and reliable learning experiences for both students and teachers. 1. Platform & Technical Requirements All lessons are conducted via Zoom. Students must have Zoom installed and tested before the lesson. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure their microphone, speakers/headphones, and a webcam (optional) are available and functioning. If a class is affected by technical issues on the student’s side (e.g., internet failure, device issues, or Zoom access problems), it will be counted as a completed lesson and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. If the issue is on the teacher’s side, an alternative class will be arranged at no additional cost. 2. Scheduling, Cancellation & Rescheduling Lessons must be booked through the GG Lingo portal. Students may cancel or reschedule up to 1 hour before the lesson without penalty. Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 1 hour before the scheduled time are non-refundable and will be counted as a completed class. If a student does not join within 10 minutes of the start time, it is considered a no-show and marked as completed. If a teacher needs to cancel or reschedule, GG Lingo will propose an alternative class time. Students can either accept or request another time. 3. Attendance & Conduct Students are expected to join lessons on time. Teachers will wait up to 10 minutes. After that, the session will be closed and marked as completed. Students must maintain respectful and appropriate behavior at all times. GG Lingo reserves the right to terminate lessons or accounts for violations without refund. 4. Lesson Packages & Expiry Lesson packages have an expiration period, visible in the user account. Unused classes after the expiry date are non-refundable and cannot be extended, unless approved under exceptional circumstances. 5. Communication All scheduling, cancellations, or lesson-related communication must go through the GG Lingo platform. GG Lingo and its teachers are not responsible for any changes or messages sent via personal emails, texts, or other platforms. 6. Policy Updates GG Lingo reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Students will be notified of any major changes via email or platform announcement.
